Cajun Crab Hut - St. Augustine

The shrimp were incredible! The service was excellent! However, I must say the crab cakes were absolutely dreadful—fake crab cakes without a trace of real lump crab meat. I’ve had fantastic crab cakes in Ocean City, Maryland, so I was really let down by the ones at Cajun Crab Hut. I was hoping for a lot more.

I absolutely love this place! The food is incredibly tasty, fresh, and delicious. I've visited three times during my stay in St. Augustine, and I had to come back one last time before I left. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly, especially Mary! I highly recommend trying the special combo. I usually order it with the Cajun house blend sauce and choose the hot or extra hot spice level, along with half a pound of snow crab and half a pound of shrimp with no heat. This meal also comes with two potatoes and corn. Everything is just so good! I’m sad to be leaving St. Augustine, but I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. They also serve wine and have a wide variety of side dishes. It's a great place and very clean. I highly recommend it!

The food here is incredibly tasty and fresh—so delicious and flavorful! It's my favorite seafood spot. Every time I look at my pictures, I crave it even more. I wish I could go back, but I live in Kentucky, which is quite far away. I highly recommend this place—definitely a 10/10!

All right pay attention. This place slaps, as the kids say! First time here and I played it risky by ordering fried oysters. They get them from South Carolina and they are fresh with such a light crispy batter! My coworker got one of the low country boils with incredible sauce. You can also request some sauce on the side to dip the amazing Cajun fries in. This place deserves all the recognition coming their way! I'll see y'all soon. Edit: Freshest calamari I have ever had!

My man I came here for the first time and it will def not be our last lol, 100000/10 we loved it! Everything was fresh and finger lickin? delicious we enjoyed every single bite! The place seemed a bit short staffed but our waiter was really nice, quick, and attentive. For appetizer we had hush puppies fried cheese sticks, they were really good ???? and for our seafood boil we got the Get Your Hands Dirty (comes with corn and potato) we ordered 1lb of shrimp 1lb of crawfish with the house-blend sauce, absolutely mouthwatering and full of flavor! My only regret is not ordering more food haha. I definitely recommend coming here if you?re a seafood boil lover!
