Feedback gevenBecause of Covid, the staff went through a lack, and I think there were only two people who worked the entire store, and I and the lady in the drive-through window did not see eye to eye, but I will say that the owner is a very reasonable and understanding patient man Who I have the privilege to speak with It's difficult to get a well-stocked staff team. especially with the pandemic, but overall my blizzard was amazing my son's blizzard was amazing and my meal was fresh hot and tasty
The worst costume service ever! Especially the owner himself. My husband orders us two blizzards and pays for them. Some as they got the order wrong and were asked to correct it. For a place that is always dead and begged to hire people, you would think they would correct it and make the customer happy. Instead, the owner was mistaken and started screaming and screaming. I'm not your slave! He even went to the extent of throwing the ice by knocking it out of my husband's hand and making it everywhere that one worker would clean it up there. Of course, words were exchanged due to the inappropriate behavior of the owner. I mean, who wouldn't. Incredible customer service and actions of the owner. If I could give negative reviews, I would.
Their “large” caramel sundae. “It’s a large, but the caramel’s hot so it melts it.” The caramel wasn’t even warm.
As much as I love DQ, I will not be returning after today's visit. First issue is that this particular DQ is way overpriced you're better off going to Culver's across town for what you will pay. Second issue is that they also charge a $0.49 service fee for using a debit/credit card. The store is also dingy, has a musty smell and has a humid/sticky feel inside. BUT the real turn off for me was was watching the manager/owner berate the only other employee in front of customers today for not making an icecream correctly. I was even going to chime in and offer to pay for it as it sounded pretty good, until the manager/owner physically threw the icecream across the building. Extremely unprofessional on all accounts and I will certainly not be back.
I waited 8 minutes for the speaker while I listened to the girl, took another order, from a spirit I suspect, as there was no one inside and no one in front of me. When I got my food that took a while, my ice cream wasn't quite the usual consistency, and it was only 65°, so it wasn't the problem. There are characters that all over indicated that there is a $0.49 fee for using a card and advertising that if you use money, you will receive a discount. No, what you get is not to pay the companies credit card processing fee. There were also signs with false spelling, please expet delays. I ate because I had not eaten all day and it was already 6:00, but I promise you that the meal was not worth $14,94!! For chickens and biscuits with a small blizzard that was done right, but spren up wrong I asked for Keksteig and it was blown in as a banana nip. I'm pretty sure I was overwhelmed, but I couldn't keep around to investigate since I was home an hour. If you look at the picture below, a receipt says 6:09 PM and the other says 1641. The attention to detail is lacking. It was just not right. Not exceptional in any way, and not quite mediocre, but definitely on the wrong side of the middle of the road. I'll skip my Blizzard gift at this place.
