Ocean Grove Rv Resort St. Augustine

Family friendly campground with fun pool/grille! It’s across the street to A Street access to beach. They also have a small playground for kids. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again soon!Rooms: 5/5

First and last time staying here, went to the beach for one hour at 11 and received a call because my dog was crying inside my camper in his crate, he’s small senior dog, 15 pounds, poodle, and they call me for that, if it was early in the morning or late at night I would understand but 11 ? come on… needless to say won’t be coming here… as my dog is always with me. Sites are very tight and small, it was difficult getting the camper in with the poles in the front, bathroom were clean, laundry was clean, pool was nice and the nachos from the bar was good!

The campgrounds were great. I wish the cable and the internet had worked since the weather was so bad. But overall the place was great! The pool was very nice. I'm very happy with my stay there.Nearby activities: The bar on site was very nice. And you are withing walking distance to many other great places.

Hospitality was so awesome. Irish Mike the security guard kept us safe, very friendly, just super helpful and spent time to make us comfortable and at home. Super awesomely guy. Very helpful n took time to escort us n help my husband park r RPOD. Overall rate him a 10 out of 10. We are wrapping up a stay for Memorial Day weekend and are glad to give Ocean Grove a positive review. We were wildly disappointed with the beach side campground we stayed in previously while visiting Crescent Beach and will trade the great beach location for the cleanliness and friendliness of this one any day. The sites are large and some provide shade which is very important in the summer months down here. The pool area was nice and the live music was fun. There is one particular staff member who rides around on a golf cart. He helped to us check in and pull into the camping site. He is very helpful and pleasant but unfortunately we did not catch his name. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but hope to next visit! The other walkable restaurants and coffee shop are also a great bonus. All around a nice time and will be a go to spot to visit one of our favorite cities!
