Osprey Tacos - St Augustine

Was pleased with the mood of the place. the staff was good. had mixed our order and was given to others. the personal has set us up with free chips and salsa while we waited. Tofu-Tacos. sauce was good and tofu well roasted. also attempted the rice and drilling taco, a little bland, and the soy crumble tacos, also a little bland. my children weren't very happy with the soya crumb version. but the wall is there.

The staff was super helpful to explain the menu that was eating fast and was delicious. will soon again try the other vegan options.

Server was good about veganizing eating. It was pretty good. would like more crispy in the tofu and generally more taste.

I would give them five stars if allowed! buffalo tofu was chief specialist and my man loved it! we had sweet and acidic crispy tofu, sprudeltaco and sprudel bowl. in the dish I added veg protein and aioli that was vegan! simply delicious! they can make any taco vegan! we're coming back!

I have eaten here 3 times! Whenever I am in St. Augustine around lunch time I stop at Osprey's. My most recent visit I got the Crispy Tofu Taco. It's my favorite I've tried there. The sweet and spicy sauce they use is really tasty and they know how to cook tofu really well. It's crispy on the outside and slightly firm on the inside. I also usually get whatever their herbivore special of the day is and every time I've come in it has been something new! The most recent time it is was a lime cilantro tempeh taco, It was good but needed more sauce on top. They also have soy protein. The chips and salsa are also good, the chips have the right amount of salt and the salsa is a little spicy( but the good kind They sell canned and bottled drinks. MOST IMPORTANTLY the 3 times I've come in during Covid-19 ALL staff that I can see were wearing their masks properly which is extremely important to me. This place is a win win vegan options and Covid safe!
