Valley Restaurant - St. Catharines

A beautiful gem, which was removed on a quiet road in the north of st. catharines. my adult daughter developed an allergy to wobble and garlic about five years ago. eating is always a challenge for them but valley rose to the opportunity and created a wonderful evening for us. Our waitress was very conscientious for us to have enjoyed our time. the chef came out and spoke to us and created a tailor-made dinner. my daughter is not picky and asked the cook to surprise her. tal with forelle and veg supplied. my daughter said the aromen were amazing. I enjoyed the smoked duck ravioli. the smoke taste was subtle what my preference is. the menu is diverse and the wine list contains many Niagara wines – I like to support the locals. the ambiente is that of a European caffe. the environment is close and intimate, but we did not feel crowded. valley met the brand on eating, service and ambiente. I highly recommend eating here and I will return.

Had the house last night. pasta carbonara and bark short ribs! melt in the mouth rind and excellent carbonara! never a mistake to eat here!

Our food was very delicious. we had to finish the deep-fried provolone cheese with tomato sauce dip and the special of the day carbonara. crème Brûlée and a Baileys coffee. also the konzelman merlot for a drink. nadia visits the table to have a chat and to see that everything in order is so beautiful.

Simply Delicious! Great service. Intimate atmosphere.

Our waitress, I believe she said her name was Sarina, was outstanding. She checked on us when we got each of our next course, but did not hoover over us while we were eating she was very friendly and light chit chat with us was a great experience for my sisters 66th birthday.
