Qdoba Mexican Eats - St Charles

Since they called 3 people, went a person sick after home, there were only 2 persons who worked and the lead was at the door. kudos to these 2 persons for a friendly stay, service was phenomenal and the eating is great. many thanks.

The employee who prepared our order was very friendly, although she seemed to get distracted easily and it took quite a bit of time to prepare two bowls. They needed more queso and they poured a fresh bag into the old pan that looked questionably gross. Personally, it brings up concern in how often they change their pans and if old product is constantly mixed with new. The steak was very chewy and overcooked, but the rest was fine.

Love Qdoba but this location needs some work. Lately they always either have tons of ingredients out of stock, or make my bowls incorrectly. Every time. My last bowl is missing half of what I ordered.

I like Qdoba but this location is bad. It seems like it's very poorly managed. Half of the soda machine and both ice teas were empty. So the drinks we paid for ended up being waters. There was a table covered in vegetables with a trash can next to it. I guess they were doing prepping in the seating area and just left the mess. There were a bunch of light bulbs out and the place just looked crummy.

This load saved the day! due to the failure of another load we had a party without eating. this place answered the call. the manager of this situation was already busy for a short time, but could put together a complete 20 person catering order in 30 minutes and save the party.
