Main Street Marketplace - St. Charles

Easily my favorite store on Main Street. Have been visiting here since I was a young child and have always loved it. I am so excited to continue the tradition and bring my daughter here when she is a bit older. I love the dip mixes and the selection of different sauces and various jars of delicious treats.

Always friendly and interesting visit with the storekeeper. Great prices and always have what I need. Try the salt free steak and chicken rubs- they're wonderful!Take a couple minutes to shop their decor.

My favorite spice shop! They always have my favorites. And now they have decaf teas too!

They have recently added the ability to accept cards, which is bad news for my wallet, because they have so many good spices for great prices.

What a lovely marketplace! This has always been my go-to spot when visiting St. Charles. I remember when they first opened in a shared building on the second floor, and discovering a gem at the top of that staircase was such a delight. The decor is charming throughout the year, and they offer delicious dips, spices, and much more. One thing that their well-designed website doesn't capture is the warm, heartfelt presence of the owners. While they can get quite busy, it's definitely worth stopping by. I always say that the amount of foot traffic tells a story, just like a restaurant; do you really want to go to a place that's not bustling? I truly enjoy visiting the Main Street Marketplace—it always brings the spirit of the season alive for me. Thank you for that!
