The frappes are just as delicious as always at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, but they seem to believe it is necessary to express their political views loudly and in their branding. Personally, I prefer to go to a post office for political discussions, and I go to cafes like this to relax and chat with friends over coffee. The politicizing is unnecessary and takes away from the overall experience.

The dedicated team at this restaurant works tirelessly to serve customers during the pandemic, even in the face of personal and product shortages. They consistently demonstrate their commitment to providing the best service possible.

The restaurant has inconsistent hours and the drive-thru line is like a herd of sheep, waiting for the staff to acknowledge them. After waiting for half an hour, I gave up and left, but there were still many other cars experiencing the same frustrating delay. There are many other better options in the St. Charles area, so this restaurant should be at the bottom of your list.

I’m normally a calm and content person because i’ve worked in the restaurant industry however, i went there this morning and had the rudest person. i have a rather long order and i warned her in advice and she responds with “idc what do you want” while rolling her eyes. she then completely messed up my order. they were very busy but she was so disrespectful i’ll never be going back to that location.
