Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This is the first time I had a smoothie that was not sweet. I am totally disappointed. This was my first and last time going to this location. I ordered paradise point and the only thing I taste is ice and a hint of banana. The staff was not to friendly either.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant when I placed an online order for two smoothies. Despite arriving early, my order was not ready on time and was left sitting on the counter for an extended period. When I questioned the delay, an employee insisted that the smoothies had just been made, even though I had watched them sit in the blender for over five minutes. Instead of acknowledging the issue and apologizing for the delay, the employee argued with me and called me a liar. I understand that the service industry is facing challenges, but it is important to treat customers with respect and address issues honestly. In this case, a simple apology and acknowledgment of the delay would have gone a long way.

Awesome location. Fast and friendly service. My smoothies are always consistent as well as the food, they have never made a mistake on any of my orders and I am a regular. I order delivery often and they are always fast! Everyone is smiling and happy here.

What you would expect from a tropical smoothie franchise if it was done right. Most locations do a horrible job. This location is better and the employees have good attitudes. Sandwich I ordered had less meat than usual when I order it tho. Smoothie is as well blended.

Quesadilla cheese and huh was so good, the staff was helpful at all my asking. I am on noom and I could work this meal! I was a good girl and had no chips, but the kale apfelslawe selected. I've never thought I'd eat cale, but it's really delicious! (just like tropical smoothie it does!
