Little Caesars Pizza - St. Clair Shores

You sat $14 on a pizza. He waited for 30 minutes in the lobby to listen to the manager and cry that he didn't have help and huffing and puffing with everything he did. You were super slow!

Excellent service. Very fast for the amount of business they do. The staff is very good and always friendly. I appreciate young men working hard and smiling while I do. Zach is excellent and sweet. Nice to see young people want to be better!

As if only one person worked. The other 5 people who work were on phones. My order was ready for 10 minutes. He was waiting for our pizza for 45 minutes.

I am quite futile when it comes to pizza in general and LC rarely fails to disappoint. However, I had passed a deep dish tonight, just to open the box to a fully boiled pizza. No signs of horror, all vegetables were raw and the cheese was not even melted!! So... instead of sitting to enjoy a hot, comfortable dinner, I'll preheat my oven.? Will think twice about the order from this place.

Ordered online, received notification that my order was ready and still waited 20 minutes in the store. I was then told there was an issue with my order due to a new employee and it would be another 16 minutes. I ended up leaving with half my order and a nasty pizza that sat there as long as I did. They have no clue what they are doing here beyond a ready made pizza. Save yourself the hassle and support a local business!!
