Burger King - St. Cloud

I refuse to eat this garbage or be treated like my money isn't valued

I haven't eaten Burger King in 5 years and now I remember why... Quality has absolutely disappeared. Ordered the #1. Fries and burger were cold as if they had been sitting there. They put a pound of Mayonnaise on the burger and the whole thing was soggy and falling apart in your hands. They left the old inedable dried skin on The sliced Onion which you can't chew felt like i bit the wrapper. What kind of situation are you in Burger King? This is absolutely unacceptable. corporate needs to come down here and do a quality check or close down the business because you're making the company as a whole look worst than already does.

Every time I come here I leave asking myself, why did I waste my time again and money again . The service is always incredibly slow, but surprisingly even slower at 11:00 at night. After waiting 30 minutes in drive-thru to get our food you would expect it to be hot and fresh... Wrong! Our food was cold and my burger wasn 't even the right burger! Upon realizing I was given the wrong cold burger I attempted to call a few times, but conveniently their phone is no longer in service! I would 've given them only a half star if it was an option, but since it is not an option I 'm giving it one star and two

I'm sorry I love Burger King but every time I go to this one at this location they always serve me cold food I work in the restaurant business and if we were to do that we wouldn't even be in business all I ask for is to have a hot Burger

The food was really good, although this restaurant was short staffed today. We had to run back in and get a missing thing, again they were short staffed and I loved the 2 for 5 deal
