Slates Restaurant & Carvery

Was a series of times and the meal was always very good, but this time I felt that the meat was undercut and the tellers were not very hot and so the meal became very quickly cold.

Fantastic carvery. a large selection of meat and vegetables and dessert was delicious. I want to have a better choice of kartoffels, as there were only roasts. they were understated that day and have still made a great job.

Fantastic service only underway there are the toilets above stars and no disable facilities

I enjoyed my meal in slates it was nice. I went there for our work mix menu and it was brilliant. the personal is very friendly and welcoming. totally recommended.

On 1st impressions it was good, we were politely spoken to and shown to our table. The waitress was excellent and explained the procedure. Once up to the carvery we were very disappointed. the person cutting the meat was very inadequate finding it difficult to cut and serve and giving us a very small portion. The vegetables looked nice but when eating were far too hard and cold. However the dessert was very nice. We will not be attending again.
