We ordered food on 1.11.24 @9:30pm, the food given to us was normal, but the smoothies seemed sugarless. I used to work at trop and know when the smoothies are sugarless. Person must’ve forgotten….

Went there to study relativity and food review they did not answer my question about the food I wanted. Gave me the wrong food because they would not look at where I was pointing. Then they falsely accused me of hovering over someone else. While I was throwing away trash. They called the cops on me kicked me out before I could finish the food I was forced to buy and not have time to discover it was the wrong food.

My husband and I were appalled by the situation we just witnessed from your employee, Lorena M. A couple who was deaf ordered behind us and from the second she began talking to them it was with so much disrespect. It was incredibly hard to witness. She was raising her voice and getting frustrated because they didn’t “write down” what they wanted and yelled out “if you’re an adult act like one” which was comical based on how she was acting herself. She told them they couldn’t ever come back. My husband talked to her after and she justified everything and was again unkind and impatient. No human being should be talked to the way Lorena talked to those customers, let alone customers who clearly have a disability. I would be ashamed to have an employee treat other humans like that let alone paying customers. My sister was on the phone with me and could even hear Lorena screaming through the phone. I never leave reviews but this was so unbelievable, my husband and I still feel sick about it.
