Cafe Morrison - St. Helens

First of all, there were no cold drinks in the refrigerator because it was not working. The fizzy drink machine was also out of order. The tables were absolutely dirty and clearly not cleaned, as there were tea/coffee stains and a sticky film on them. The tables were not wiped, and the chairs were dirty as well. There were food crumbs everywhere, and the staff seemed to be visibly upset. Overall, it was a shame. It seemed like they didn't know how to properly serve food.

During breakfast, two café staff members were standing and chatting, refusing to serve us and directing us to the self-service area to place our orders. Despite being aware of the long line at the ordering point, the staff continued to chat, clearly indicating that they were not willing to help. It's no surprise that the café was nearly empty with such rude employees. I will not be dining here again.

We ordered two cheese and ham toasties and two lattes. Unfortunately, the toasties were the worst we have ever had - they were soggy and unappetizing. The rocket salad did not look fresh either. The drinks from the machine were lukewarm. We regret not speaking up to complain at the time. We will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Cooked worst breakfast I have ever paid for cold and tasteless meal. selected egg and it walts like a hard boiled egg with solid egg. a great experience, never again.

Great food, always hot, altho the time to wait for the food can be long when they are very busy. would still go again to eat
