Cafe Zinho - St. Helens

We have visited Zinho twice for coffe:tea, toastie and muffin. I have to say that the Rasberry an Apple muffin is indeed the best I’ve had. It was warm, just out of the oven... Bought two to take away. PG Tips tea too. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Hardshell centre restaurant is vile! So I'm 31 weeks pregnant. My nan was queing with my mum. I sat down as didn't know it was numbers to tables. The lady watched me sit down then rudely shouting infront of everyone you can't sit down. I said my nans in the que, she repeated herself AGGRESSIVELY! The place had 4 couples present hole back room empty. I was struggling due to high risk ivf pregnancy no help given, paying customer! Even have the recipt of purchase. You can see I'm pregnant no sympathy or communication given. MY OWN NAN DOESNT SPEAK TO ME AGGRESSIVELY LIKE THAT NEVER MINE MY HUSBAND

We’re always there every Saturday lunchtime and we absolutely love the staff, the food, drinks etc. The only thing that I would say let’s them down is their scrambled eggs! I ordered scrambled eggs on toast for my 10 month old son but they were a little overdone and he struggled with it a bit. But that’s it. Everything else is second to none. It’s why we return every single week! Excellent staff and excellent service. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen any of them in a bad mood!

Not very helpful asked for a specific seat was told not cleared although nobody sat there seems they sit customers where they want you to sit not other way round did not feel very safe as table was first in entrance and last on leaving so 2 metres distance went out of the window as all other customers coming and going immediately passing our table would not recommend

Excellent service run like clockwork. All staff very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Our preferred venue for future visits.
