Belgian Sweet House Bistro - St. Johns

The charming owner and her staff easily accommodated our party of 18, even though we called just a few days in advance. Our group enjoyed a variety of crepes, sandwiches, waffles, coffees, and breakfast plates. I ordered eggs, bacon, sausage, and a Belgian waffle for under $10, including tax and tip. The flavorful eggs were perfectly paired with the spicy bacon and fresh sausage patty. It was a delight to savor a genuine Belgian waffle, with its delightful combination of icy, creamy, and crispy textures! The café also features a wonderful selection of handmade chocolates imported from Belgium, all clearly marked to make it easy to indulge without breaking the bank. Breakfast is served all day, and this has quickly become my new favorite breakfast spot that I can’t wait to share with my family!

Absolutely the best! For Mother's Day, they offered a lovely long-stemmed rose and a surprise dessert with our breakfast order. I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! I would highly recommend this delightful cultural gem!

The Belgian coffee here is exceptional! The breakfast plate, priced under $6, comes with eggs, bacon, sausage, and your choice of a waffle or potato cake. It's an unbeatable deal. I definitely plan to return this week! The restaurant is small, charming, and truly one of a kind.

This place is a little jewel. Everything's fresh. The waffles, crepes, sandwiches. It is all imported leaks from Belgium, including the owner. She's a treasure and our server was super friendly. The portions are enormous. Will go back. You have to try it.
