Feedback gevenI brought my family from Switzerland to compare Ditty’s pizza to their home town. We order pizza to eat in. Told them eating in serve on a pizza rack and great service. My Swiss family thought poorly on their visit. We were serve with go boxes and pizza wasn’t cut throughly. My daughter thought they were being pushed out with the go boxes. When we all tried to pick up a slice, all toppings and cheese came off because it wasn’t cut properly. Ditty’s has let my Swiss family have a poor impression.
Love Ditty's Pizza!!! Their food is amazing. You might have to wait a bit for your food, but it's WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!
Came into town was super excited to try this place out, there were two trucks in the parking lot we pulled in and we walked in they told us they were closed. We apologized and as we were loading our children back into truck someone came out with a pizza. So either they didn’t want to serve our bi racial family or they only serve who they want. Disappointing!
I have very mixed feelings about my first experience. There was a mouse dying on a trap when we were ordering so that wasn’t a great start. The pizza is really good and whatever they’re throwing on the crust throw more! It’s delicious. I loved the sauce on my wings. I’m straight from the east coast so I’m super picky about wings. I wish they would crisp them up better. They were mushy/soggy and honestly quite fatty. However the honey garlic sauce on the wings helped me overlook. They could use a little more seating as the place was packed which is awesome and some kind of filtration on the water as it was pretty funky tasting. Overall if I’m in the area I might give it another go. But just for the pizza.
A CHANGE OF HEART AND REVIEW!! I would like to thank the owner for taking care of us!’ We were out of town for a week and came back to try again and we had an amazing experience. The employees were waiting for us with a gift card and the food was really good! THANK YOU AND IM CHANGING MY REVIEW WHAT A DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!! The last 2 times I picked up my order it has been a let down. First, never called me to let me know the order was done which left the food tasting soggy. The second time they forgot to give us everything in the order so my husband and I had to turn around and retrieve the rest. (30 minute drive one way) I approached the owner, whom wanted to brush me off, We explained how we ended up having to turn around for our sodas. stating to me it was my responsibility to make sure I received everything I ordered. My husband let her know this was the second time we’ve had a mishap and if we could get something to make up for it. Reluctantly she handed us the 2 soda cups paid for and said there is nothing she can do. My husband and I looked at each other and then she finally agreed to give us one more soda cup. But looked very disgusted in having to help us. I just needed two soda cups. Mind you my order was $75.00. I felt her attitude pertaining to customer service was shallow and disrespectful. As I left and said “thank you”, she ignored us pretending to talk to her employees over the counter like a kid bouncing up and down. I have spent a lot of money over the last few months. Now, refuse to spend anymore. All she needed to do was apologize for the mishap hand me my cups and say thank you for choosing ditty’s. Instead I was left feeling all the blame was on me, wasting my and my husbands time, wasting our Gas and with the time of having to drive all the way back, the food was cold and tastless. “ customer’s are always right” and should be treated with respect. Without customers you have no business to run This owner shouldn’t be running a business to begin with if providing good customer service doesn’t play a role in her business plan.
