Keke's Breakfast Cafe - St. Johns

We got there 7:30 am for breakfast. Turkey bacon was horrible and sent back. Regular bacon was 80% rubbery fat grizzle. The men's room was an absolute horror show, and considering it was 7:30 in the morning I can only assume it wasn't made that way this morning which means it's been like since yesterday. If that's how clean they keep the bathroom I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I'm grossed out that I even ate there.

Food was great but our server Harrison made the experience great. Ask for him when you come!!!

The service was friendly, and the food was excellent! First-time visitors are sure to come back. I visited on a Sunday morning, and it wasn't too crowded.

Our waitress Sonata... fabulous...absolutely fantastic.... she didn't pull out a note pad to take orders ... she got them right without a blink... the food was ok... not great by any stretch....my breakfast ham was tough and my husband had to wait an extra 30 min while they were cooking eggs and they came out pretty much raw... you'd think that would not be the case with the longer wait after everyone was done with their breakfast already including him with his pancake....it was not good at all... he ordered them over medium to begin with. I feel bad for the wait staff that has to take the order and it ends up being wrong yet she apologized for it right away. We did not worry about it and didn't want to stay longer... was not her fault and she was excellent with everything and everyone else we saw she served. The hostesses were very sweet as well... they handled customers with such grace. They only served breakfast today you could not get lunch... for whatever reason they did not say.

Got there at 12:45 server wasn’t good at all she didn’t know you could sub out meat and we only saw her two times in 2 hours! we ordered and waited around 45 minutes for our food , at one point i had to ask a host for a refill because it was 30 minutes since we seen her last , she didn’t bring out anything we asked for and the hostess brought our food to us and asked what else we needed , i didn’t get the chicken i asked for or the side i asked for , half of the tables food was not correct , then i finally saw her after we almost finished our food , she said is everything okay and i told her no , it’s not we didn’t get a side of onion rings she said , then what are you eating ? because i was eating my brothers onion ring since i didn’t get any , i told her and she said okay i asked for a manager and she got him and the managment is just as bad! he said he was sorry that it wasn’t up to par and would give us a discount of 8$ off of our 70$ bill and also charged us for the side we never got , he was giving excuses on why the service was bad but it’s a breakfast reasturang serving pancakes , it’s not hard i do it every morning myself … horrible service and honestly the food isn’t up to par either i would’ve ate better at waffle house
