Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Worst Experience goes to the Swiss chalet . Both meals came Luke warm, including the appetizer. Even the chalet sauce was hardly warm. I had to get the manager who was extremely fighting right from...start and very rude, just because we asked for a hot meal. This is the last time our family goes to the Kelsey site. If I find out that the owner has all. I will not disturb after S.C everywhere in NL.... Many other restaurants out there that compete for customers. I know it's not easy to work in a restaurant, but my work is also not easy, so if I pay for a meal with my hard earned money it would be nice if it was hot and not have to defend my request. Very terrifying when I treated my father in law for a meal as he loves SC, but Manger was so rude to him that no one in my family will ever return

I came every time I visit the city. Love it. Great food, usually fast service and always comes hot. You have paper straws I hate now.

The staff found to be wonderful, but it was so cold in the restaurant I didn't want to take off my jacket! I had to sneak my chicken down before it was frozen.

We missed our pages from our family meal. They wouldn't deliver these articles. No plates for dinner. Very miserable next time trying to get my stuff that were missed. Wrong rolls...no butter...too many problems

Consistent meals. Fast service. Always fresh and delicious! Takeout service at this location is also great...meals are hot and fresh!
