Arby's - St. Joseph

Arrived about 9:45. There was a girl cleaning the lobby who gave us a dirty look. I feel she was upset about us being there when the lobby closes at 10? Shift manager was very respectful to us. Good guy. I told them we would clean up when we left as we did. Girl was fairly decent when we left roughly 30 minutes later. She even smiled. Food was hot and Dr.Pepper tasted good as well.

I asked for double meat on the greek gyro, and after checking with her manager, the cashier said that she would have to charge me for another gyro. I go to Arby's in other places twice a month. No on has ever told me that I have to pay for another gyro when I ask for double meat. I've only had to pay for double meat. My wife ordered a cherry pie. Ten minutes later, one of the cooks told her that they only have apple turnovers. That was my last visit to this Arby's.

The food in my opinion is very good. But the workers really suck at getting my order right. I never get sauce, and sometimes there's cheese on my order. Like- on the bun. It sucks. The restaurant isn't anything special, but it always smells really good, and its super clean!

Simply the cleanest restaurant and freshest fast food I've ever had! Employees are super friendly and pay attention to customers. Even the restrooms are sparkling clean. Well worth the stop at the end of a long day. Thank you!

Always decent service. Need to keep some items. Go to order and told that's no longer available.
