Feedback gevenHad to wait in the drive thru 20 minutes for my food. I wasn’t mad or anything, and understood they were busy. But the manager came out to the waiting area I was parked at to wait on my food, and gave me a refund for my order because he felt it was unacceptable I had been waiting so long, as well as threw in extra food. That is excellent customer service, and because of that I will come back to that specific McDonalds.
On our way from Montana to Florida. Loved the place. Our McDonalds' do not have a playground back home. This one seemed innovative and exiting for our child. We enjoyed the contemporary design and incorporation of technology. The employees dressed-code seemed less fitting of a fast food establishment and more fitting for something at a higher level. The employees wore their uniforms well. They where clean, neat and clean cut. They even brought every order to the table!
Best experience we've had in a long time. In fact we weren't getting food from McDonald's very often because the food was inferior the service was bad. This time the service was quick, the crew was friendly, the food was good fresh. Like the before McDonald's. Thanks guys.
I hope this is the future of the golden arches. The interior is warm and inviting, and the staff is a cut above the competition. I highly recommend a custom sandwich. Not only do you get unlimited fries, but the ingredient choices are a higher quality. I will definitely eat here again.
