Panda Express - St. Joseph

Tested bad and for the 20 minutes I had to stand and wait until a tablet of orange huh I was forced to watch the superior always on 1 of the coworkers and his respectful 1 to him before all watching food: 1/5

The food was fantastic! We arrived right when they opened, so everything was incredibly fresh. Every dish we tried was delicious. There were plenty of options, including vegan choices. I will definitely return and highly recommend this place. Food rating: 4/5.

I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and rice, which was exactly the same as what the woman and her daughter before me had ordered. I noticed that they received generous portions of chicken in their bowls, while mine barely had more than a few bites. When I pointed this out, I was rudely ignored. Even when I compared my bowl to theirs, Claudia simply replied, “a spoon.” It’s frustrating how some customers get special treatment while others are treated poorly. Disappointing service overall.

I visited the restaurant at 7:30 PM, and while the lady who took my order was very nice, there was a troubling incident when she informed the cook that he needed to prepare more food. He started yelling, which was quite shocking. Additionally, when my 4-year-old daughter needed to use the restroom, the manager didn’t allow her to go until I passed by, which almost led to an accident. The lady cleaning the restrooms approached us in an aggressive manner, making both me and my daughter feel uncomfortable. I hope that Panda Express takes responsibility for this situation and improves conditions at this location.

Chow mein tasted pretty bad, got my food to go so tasted it after I was long gone. I’m about 80% positive it was bad cabbage and it over took all the flavor.Pretty long wait for food but also think that’s due to the pre order system. I can tell the workers were taking on a lot.
