Panera Bread - St. Joseph

Had the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup and have had food poisoning for the past 4 days. Do yourself a favor and just go down the street to McAllisters, because this was 100% not worth it :

We got the dishes and some bread loafs. A sandwich... a tomato soup.. and the broccoli cheddar mac. All three were so salty you could barely taste the food. Which looked fantastic but was overwhelmingly salty. The price was incredibly high for the quality we recieved. Nice atmosphere but took several minutes before someone helped me, no line but They seemed quite busy. Probably will buy more bread loafs but won't be ordering more food

Placed a online order at approximately 12:30 for 1 pm pickup small order of soup and sandwich) yes I did arrive a few minutes early and was understanding that I may have to wait a few minutes. Order was finally given to me at approximately 1:10. But when people are walking in and placing orders for carry out as well as dine in and getting their orders and leaving or setting down and eating as I still wait are unacceptable! The manager was unapologetic and basically ignored me and the situation. Obviously customer service is lacking here so looks like McAllister’s will be getting our money moving forward. Just added photo of sandwich that was supposed to be double meat… very sad!

Such great food and service. Get the unlimited sip. Charged lemonade is so good

I love panera and their food. i always get takeout and every single time whether it’s curbside or inside and i pick it up it is terrible customer service. i work in a restaurant, i know it sucks sometimes but i literally have people walking outside and throwing my bag of food at me and walking away not saying a word. i don’t even care about people being super nice but i don’t want them to be rude.
