Pizza e Birra - St Kilda

The fact it was empty on a Saturday night should have been the give awayDidn't need to book, especially as they hadn't even set aside a table for us.

Went here on a rainy Sunday for their special - glass of wine and any pasta for $20! A great deal.

After my previous visit here, I was only too excited to bring new friends back to this place to show them how good it had become, unfortunately the new efforts have long since departed and the venue has returned to it former disappointment. 2 in my party ordered the same pizzas which arrived looking totally different to the point that it looked like too different pizzas, one pizza arrived burnt and the 4th was just a miserable blend of mushroom with no hint of the truffle oil described on the menu. As usual u can't adjust things on the menu which is tolerable however wen the restaurant is empty and 4 people cannot split a bill... I don't understand, staff we're short tempered and unhelpful, I found them very rude towards the end of our meal and me and my company will not be returning. So much for a good pizza joint in st kilda

The food at this restaurant was absolutely delicious, however, the music was too loud to hold a conversation at our table. The standout dish was the Mushroom pizza - definitely give it a try!
