America's Incredible Pizza Company

I visited with my family for a late Christmas gathering. Initially, our cards weren't loaded correctly, but when Bret learned about the issue, he reloaded them and truly exceeded our expectations with his customer service.

Everything about the restaurant is great, except for the confusing ticketing system. The online coupons from their website take two hours to become valid. Additionally, the prices displayed in-store and online are inconsistent.

While I understand it was a busy Friday night, it felt like there weren't enough staff members available to maintain cleanliness and attend to food orders. The selection of pizzas was quite limited, and the restrooms could have used a thorough cleaning.

Friendly people had a great time, food's pretty good too.

We were able to play all of the games and do most of the attractions. Workers were friendly and helpful.
