Feedback gevenI visited this restaurant during my lunch break and was told it would take 20 minutes to get my sandwiches because they prioritize online orders over walk-ins. It felt frustrating that being physically present didn't give me any advantage; I would rather have my order taken in person. Unfortunately, due to their poor customer service, I probably won't return to the Firehouse for lunch again. Additionally, I have dietary restrictions, and we were turned away before we could even place an order online or by phone. I believe in-person customers should be given priority over online orders, as is common in most restaurants. I ended up missing my lunch break because of this experience, and I certainly won't be going back.
Firehouse now offers some daily deals, with discounts of $0.50 to $1 off select subs, which is a nice bonus. I tried the Italian sub and swapped the regular sauce for their Peppermint Ranch, which I highly recommend (12/10!). We also ordered the meatball sub, which tasted very fresh. The bread is delicious, and all the ingredients are fresh and well-portioned. Overall, it’s a great place to eat!
The lady who works here was incredibly rude during my visit to this fast-food restaurant. I found a hair in my food, which was unacceptable. I will never return to this place.
Eat good, always too late for their time estimate for app orders. Why bother?
Beckie waited on me and she was so sweet and helpful beings I had never been in there. She gave the best suggestions. Great job Beckie keep up the great work and keep on smiling ?
