Ihop - St. Louis

We decided last week for a late breakfast. it was me, my niece and my son. we ordered us pretty fast because we knew what we wanted, but our food waiting period was ridiculous. Literally, 3 parties came after us and they got to eat there before us and left before us. We waited a good hour for our food. Now I understand if she's busy, but it was a Tuesday afternoon and there were like 4 parties in there. eating was good, not bad, but the service sucked.

I was only for coffee, eggs and sausage. had not even seen on menu (probably a mistake), told server what I wanted; apparently they have no sausage patties; got 2 left I would have been naked for a minute and would have been the same. receive my meal, no toast, I thought it would be included. 10.39I can only consider that the server has taken it up to order a la carte instead of offering me a better deal on menu. I'm a good tipper, I gave her 3 mice, but I would have more tipped if I had been treated as a hospitable, instead of as a check average. will not come back.

I was right now. there for 15 or 20 minutes, there was a strange smell not sure where it came from. No waiting staff stopped to imagine and tell me that they would be my server or offer me a drink or menu. it looked like enough server. I finally left.

My friend has picked up our online order, which should be ready and had not even been launched. when he came home, we missed the half of one of the breakfast meals. I called the load to report the missing items and the person who answered the phone argued with me that I just didn't see it in the bag. the manager has taken over for the luck. Usually I would just drive myself and bring back all the foods that were included, but I am now ill. I will not be back to this place, or perhaps again some ihop. only completely disappointed and upset about the lack of customer service. I've been in this business for 20 years. that is not how they treat a complaint.

About 2 months ago I wasn’t having the best day. My fiancé wanted to take me to eat and I was craving pancakes so I said let’s go to iHop. I can’t remember the name of the lady that served us but she was so kind and accommodating and fun. I really really liked her. She made us feel like we were her children and she just wanted to take care of us. I can’t wait to return and see her again.The pancakes really lifted my spirits. They were so SO good that I ate everything off my plate, which is rare for me anymore.
