Imo's Pizza Westport Plaza - St. Louis

Friendly staff and clean restaurant. I have been going to original imo for many years and was glad that the taste at this place was the same.

Took 1.5 hours for my pizza to finally show up. Mind you i ordered at 2 in the afternoon so not during a rush. Also staying at a hotel that's a 5 min walk from the store. The pizza is room temperature but I like the taste which is why I'm even giving it two stars. My ranch dressing I ordered with it is extremely hot. (weird) also I ordered the lunch special and after waiting that long I didn't receive my coke. The driver said she had an extra coke on the car from the last delivery so she went back to grab it. Completely flat like it had been sitting there forever. Also, I don't mind that people smoke but when my food is delivered and the driver smells so bad of smoke it makes me think she was either smoking in car with my food or the more likely reason my food sat there while she took a smoke break. I stay at this hotel alot for work and will never order from here again. Also after telling them I have been waiting 1.5 hours for a small lunch pizza there was no offer to make it right with me .

2 stars ONLY because the service was wonderful. They quickly delivered the pizza to our hotel room at Sheraton Westport plaza. However the pizza was gross. I used to think even bad pizza is ok like Red Baron frozen pizza is cheap/ not the best but edible... this pizza was gross. We couldn’t eat it. It was convenient,fast and hot... but not tasty!

Honestly, this location is probably the worst of the Imos I've been to. Service is typically slow, and it doesn't seem like they can handle the traffic of Westport lunch. Once, I even had to leave after half an hour of waiting without food. I've been there three times with troubles each time. When I did eat, the food was great.

My first time having imos. And well I don’t know if it’s just this location or what. I walked in I was greeted by a pretty bubbly petite young lady they should be wearing name tags so we can acknowledge them properly but she was blackish she asked me if this was my first time having imos and she made suggestions which all were great the pizza was okay I’ve had better but the toasted ravioli were delicious. So the customer service was excellent the young lady took care of me very well had a positive attitude but I don’t know if it was just the cheese or sauce but I started feeling queasy a few hours after eating it. Felt like I had a stomach virus or like I said maybe was the cheese? It looked kinda orange, but needless to say I will not be eating from there again. My trip home was horrible feeling very sick. Not fun. Also noticed several employees were standing around doing nothing all were on their phones oh and no where to throw your trash!
