Mcdonald's - St. Louis

This restaurant experience was absolutely crazy. We made the mistake of getting stuck in the drive-thru for an hour. We watched as cars behind us gave up and left, but we were unable to do the same since we were blocked in by the line. There was no communication or explanation for the long wait. I have never encountered service this slow before. I was starting to wonder if there was a medical emergency inside, but when we finally reached the window an hour later, the employees were just standing around on their cell phones and asked us what we had ordered. It was shocking and I'm relieved I don't live nearby this place.

Drive thru was busy on a Saturday night, but the service was quick, food was fresh and delicious and order was correct. Can't ask for much more.
