Feedback gevenClosed at 10 o'clock when the website says 11 o'clock. always too late on each order. it takes forever to go through the drive. Even if the place is full, it seems as if there are chaos in the kitchen that get the right order, almost impossible in time. I have used the mobile order many times and the half of the time, I have to go inside to pick them up as they leave it on the countertop. something needs to change at the personal or management level
The lady was nice but I had to repeat my order. No big deal. We got our food and it was what we expected. There was a car in the lot that looked like it had driven down the interstate being hot by every car or truck it passed, and the wheel had no tire just shredded metal rim. It was odd.
I'm finished. I will not be returning. I work in downtown St. Louis and have visited this location several times over the years. The food and service are average, but there is a high likelihood that my drive-thru order will be incorrect. Unfortunately, I do not have the time to go back and correct the mistake.
I had to leave a comment after my experience yesterday! When I came through the drive through I. Thought to myself it would be another bad experience! Nope not this time, I pulled up to the speaker and was welcomed by someone who actually wanted to work and was excited about her job. She repeated my order and made sure all my special requests was correct. I pulled around and I had to see who she was I forgot her name tall dark skin with curly hair, you definitely made my day!!! Thank you so much
Honestly the only McDonald's I go to. Their service is way better than any other location in the area. Like every single time their stuff is working, their food is fresh and it actually comes out pretty quick. This has to be one of the better managed McDonald's by far
