Feedback gevenThis restaurant is located in a college area, so it may not prioritize customer service as much since it caters to college students who may be hungry and willing to accept anything. I placed an order online for curbside pickup with a 25% tip, but had trouble finding parking due to limited space. After waiting for 20 minutes and unsuccessfully trying to call, I finally asked someone inside to check on my order. It took an additional 10 minutes for my pizza to be brought out, only to find out it was wrong. I asked for a refund, which also took another 10 minutes as the staff seemed disorganized and did not acknowledge customers promptly. Despite not receiving good service, the food was not enjoyable and I regretted not going to a different location of the same restaurant chain. I probably won't be returning to this particular restaurant, even though it is conveniently located near my home.
I placed an order at 8:25 PM and was given an estimated time of 95 minutes. I checked the tracker at 10 o'clock but did not receive any updates. I tried calling multiple times but no one answered and there was no updated estimated time. After waiting for 2 hours and 12 minutes, my pizza never arrived.
We did not get our pizza! absolutely! we ordered a door bag and it was never delivered. we called several times and no one took off. we waited 20 minutes for it to be delivered and still no answer or pizza. we want a refund if they pick up the phone.
Like most dad johns in recent years this place is a full sweat. a lot of luck getting everything delivered, and even when they pick up, they seem to screw it every time. simply close the position as a spot on her call.
I called this location to order ahead for the next day. When I talked to the person on the phone, they confirmed the time by for 11:30 in the morning . The next day (when the pizzas were supposed to be delivered), I called to confirm that the order would be arriving at ,11:30 a.m. and the person confirmed. At ,11:45, the order had not arrived, so I called to check the status. At that time, they told me that the driver had left 10 minutes prior to deliver. 30 minutes later, we still hadn 't received the pizza. I called again, at which point they shared that they had the wrong time down and that they thought the delivery was for 11:30 p.m. They did offer a refund, but I will never order from here again. I understand mistakes, but I called to confirm several times and they lied about the order, rather than initially admitting their mistake. This is poor customer service.
