Qdoba Mexican Eats - St. Louis

Each time I interact with the staff here, it’s incredibly rude. The manager (I assume) was watching when I came to pick up my online order. When I mentioned my order for Michelle, he responded, “We have two orders for Michelle. Which one?” as if I should have known that. I provided my order details and asked for a bag of chips on the side. He replied, “No, chips are not free,” which is fair enough, but when I offered to pay for them, he let out a loud sigh. I work in the mall regularly and usually stop by during my breaks, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The person who hired the blonde should reconsider their choice for the lead. I've noticed this guy talking to younger employees at three different locations, and he seems overly focused on attracting customers. It's making me want to stop visiting.

I went to pick up my online order and approached the cash register, but no one acknowledged me. I was left waiting for a few minutes. I expected a staff member to assist me, but instead, one girl just stared at me for a few seconds before looking away. The other three employees glanced at me a few times but continued to ignore me. Eventually, I had to ask for my online order twice before someone finally helped me. Overall, their service was quite rude.

The only qdoba in the condition of missouri I have ever tried to drill me 5 dollars extra for some more and reis in a bowl. the manager decided to throw it away instead of selling it to me at the normal price. very bizarre experience.

Eating here is terrible on line it says they are open at 10:30am but they aren’t and when you finally get in after waiting over 45 minutes you are treat poorly and they just opened how is the food look like it’s been sitting out for 2 hours and they just opened overall a terrible experience and don’t recommend anyone comes here!
