Starbucks - St. Louis

The restaurant was crowded, but the service was fast. My drink wasn't completely filled up, but that's to be expected at times.

This restaurant has been consistently disappointing. It seems like every other day they don't allow customers to place mobile orders for pick up. When questioned about this, they implied that it's because they have fewer orders to fulfill. As a result, I have resorted to going inside to place my orders, as the drive-through line often extends onto the busy street, Lindbergh, causing more traffic. Recently, they have been randomly closing the cafe, forcing customers to wait in the long drive-through line or leave altogether. This is a major inconvenience during my morning commute. While their updated hours are fine, I arrived at 5:20 am to place a drive-through order, well after their 5am opening time. Despite staff being inside, they refused to take my order, as well as orders from 10 other vehicles. When I approached the window to inquire about the opening time, the employee rudely told me they were closed and refused to provide any further information. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the poor service at this Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks location in my opinion. It can get a bit busy and crowded with cars lining up all the way to the road, but it's worth it because the customer service and baristas are always friendly and exceptional. It's my go-to spot, even if it's out of my way to school and work. I always order a flat white with almond milk and a drizzle of honey, sometimes with whole milk when I'm feeling great. They always make it just the way I like it, extra hot with a double cup to keep it warm for longer. Overall, this is one of the great Starbucks locations that truly cares about their coffee and customer service.

The caffe mochas are good. I'll take one every day!

This location is a problem for the community. It creates traffic jams blocking a major intersection and has caused car accidents with the drive thru line.
