The best bagels! I don't know their secret but the texture, flavor variety is over the top! Great sandwiches. Clean! Great service rewards! Highly recommend!

What a disappointing experience. From the moment you walk in, you see how chaotic the ordering system is. They designed the place all wrong. You have to walk to the back place your order and then it becomes a bottleneck trying to get out. The food took forever to get. We literally waited 30 minutes for two breakfast items. The staff is apathetic and just going through the motions with blank expressions. Everything feels cheap. They don’t give you utensils for to-go orders, no ketchup, nothing. On a positive note, the food is OK and the coffee is decent. But the negatives far outweigh the positives.

The quality of the food is great and always have been, this has been my go to breakfast and lunch spot for 3 years now. Lately the service has become unbearable though. For over a year now they have been plagued with employees who are comically slow at the job or just don't work if the boss isn't watching. My last (and final) two visits were comprised of: Waiting over 20 minutes with no one else in the store for a bagel with butter only to get a toasted bagel no butter. Waiting over 10 minutes with no one else in the store to have my order taken whole employees wandered the front of the store doing nothing but shuffling their feet.

Food is usually decent, but I recently ordered a BLT and received the saddest lunch I think I 've ever had. First of all, it says on their website that BLTs are served on Brioche bread. I received a plain white bagel, with a single piece of romaine lettuce, a roughly sliced tomato, and a handful of bacon that doesn 't even fill the bagel. And the cucumber salad I ordered on the side is pathetically small and there is not even an 1/8th of a cucumber in there. It 's mostly onions. And I paid extra for it!
