Feedback gevenHave picked up subs from here a few times. Overall the food was great and the restaurant looked clean and well maintained. There was a little wait both times for the subs to be completed so that’s why I gave that only 4 stars. The staff was friendly though. Well done. Love the new building!
Their new girl names Kris will add a 20% tip for herself without telling the customers if they go thru the drive thru and then will cop an attitude with the customer when you question the price difference from order screen to window. Then she will give you a discount to bring it back down to the regular price. I had to go inside the store and have a different person ring me up because of this. Maybe teach your employees some honesty. If she had asked me if I wanted to leave a tip I would have but making that decision for people is ethicly wrong. Won 't be going back to this location because they can 't be trusted.
I went through drive through for the first time order my sub, requested for all American sub with a little chance towards it . The manager made my sub. I never had an issue until today or whenever she’s working. she wanted to charge me extra for switching the ham for turkey and wanted to charge me $2 extra for Bacon, when All American comes with bacon on it. I ask for lettuce there was no lettuce on my sub sandwich. Worst sub I ever had I give the Sub 0 stars . The other coworkers are more friendly and actually make the sub good.
Wow. By far, easiest the cleanest subway I’ve ever been to. Lainey checked me out and she was so nice. I was greeted immediately walking in the door. Lauren made my sandwich and she was so sweet. Asked if I wanted it toasted and what a difference it made. Was so much easier to eat. They were very friendly and enjoyed serving me. I wish we had more people in the service industry like these two. Thank you.
Subway especially this subway the processed meats taste like cardboard!! Go the jersey mike! actually FRESH quality ingredients!!
