Feedback gevenDoubled requested order. Made no effort to take the overage or make restitution for over charge. Served be filthy t-shirt in drive thru. I asked the ounces in a large and a small chili and was told they did not have that information. When I finally asked to speak to a manager, I was told, “That was her!” Yep, the filthy, appeared to be blood-stained t-shirt. I gave and drove away, never to go to another Wendy’s. Dave is spinning in his grave!
I just left the drive thru. The person who was running the drive through was super rude. After the order she was still rude so I said never mind and drive off. I then called to speak with a manager she said “yeah I’m the manager “ I did you’re very rude, she unprofessional response was. “ well I felt like you were so I was too”. I see why she’s in Wendy’s. Liar and rude. Never again

The worker was less than attentive or engaging , working in fast food sucks. I get it, but there’s a job to do that includes talking to people. The male employee that ‘helped’ me barely spoke two words and spoke extremely quietly.FURTHERMORE and more importantly I was served pecans for my apple pecan salad that are from SEPTEMBER ‘23 and it’s now JANUARY ‘24…Lost appetite when I saw this rather than just pick off the ones I already put onto the entree. Super disappointed and would like a refund but I’ll just hope someone from management and corporate sees this
