Feedback gevenI have always been a fan of Penn Station and believed they were the top sandwich shop, but unfortunately, this particular location did not meet my expectations. The floors were sticky no matter where you stepped, there was no greeting, and there was a lack of urgency in the service.
I placed an online order for pick up at 7pm and my card was charged. When I arrived at the store, I found a hand-written note on the door stating they had closed early at 5pm with no explanation. I was unable to get the food I ordered and when I tried calling the next morning, no one answered the phone for hours. Even when I tried to leave a message for management by pressing 2, the call would just hang up. Currently, they have taken about $20 from me and I have no way to contact anyone for assistance. This is the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever experienced. There has been no response or resolution yet, and they still owe me $20. Based on the other reviews, it seems this place needs to be shut down after they refund me.
