La Cucina - ST NEOTS

We left within 5 minutes of arriving for our booking. Owner/waiter extremely rude and very un accommodating. He seemed extremely annoyed we had not specified that we needed a highchair in the booking and almost seemed angry we had children with us. Terrible customer service and people skills. He began to lecture me on how to book if future (which will never happen) before I had even sat down. Awful atmosphere, very dark, no music and very dated decor. Didn’t stay long enough to try the food. Would not recommend, in fact strongly advise to avoid and try the Italian round the corner from here Il Giralsole, we had a much more pleasant experience here.

First time visiting this restaurant. Staff were amazing, we were very well looked after, food and drink were served in good time and food was absolutely delicious, the pictures on the website do not do the restaurant justice. We will definitely be visiting here again soon.
