Great customer service, was immediately greeted and chrissy made my sandwich on a timely way and was very respectful thanks!

The gm was very busy, but still did her absolute best by telling the customer and their delivery personally that she is catching up. she made me wonder about my sandwich what I wanted, as I am a little picky, she wanted to make sure it was right. only negatiw is that the bowl of suppe is still very small. I could eat three dishes myself if I wanted, especially because this chicken dumping soup is delicious! on the gm, which was very nice, even if it was killed with online hurricanes, it was fantastic to eat! many jobs are still short, and those who work need to pick up all of them. so they give them a break people!

As the others have checked, the employee's attitude here is a full sweat. the time management of the execution of orders is not present. have ordered several times online with a scheduled pick-up time, it takes at least 10 minutes past the specified pick-up time. they answer back that they pass on the information along the guide, but nothing is to do with it. I neither recommend nor will I ever be at this place again.

Love Firehouse subs in general; however, this location is mediocre at best. We 've frequented this location over the years and have noticed a dramatic decline in quality- food, cleanliness and staff since covid.Our last visit was when it took my questionable nature toward sanitary conditions to write this review and never return. I noticed a staff member sweeping and removing trash, who afterward put on gloves without washing hands.My significant other has to avoid dairy due to an intolerance via nursing, can only assume that simple cross contamination of sauces and surfaces caused a 'slip-up ' with our newborn.My background is in healthcare so I take sanitary practices seriously, so I advise anyone whom question establishments to avoid this location.I can only assume ownership/management are focused on bottom-line as opposed to spending a few extra dollars to go the distance; which is typically the case in food industry.Dietary restrictions: Dairy
