Big Apple Buffet - St. Petersburg

Very clean, organized kitchen, everything has a place. all workers (both most) had masks on. I saw the cook back with a mask. big sushi options, fresh tasting pink walker. they care that they have a good eating experience. the food was delicious! when they have a hunger, they come to this place!

Faster service. good waiting staff. the salatable is so fresh and crispy! start, sushi, sashimi, hot bar/grill all in one. good eating.

All right. the place was quiet as expected on a Monday night, but both the grill and the sushi station were manned and all the dishes tasted super, everything was individually flavored and had a lot taste. could have been a bit more exciting with the selection, but for the national supply chain issuesz they pull together a nice buffet.

I was happy with the whole season. in comparison to other Chinese buffets this restaurant was not excessively seasoned. I want to eat it every week! but there's a problem. I want them to change the color of lighting in the load.

Esthetics were impressive along with the number of buffet tables. Thus the 3 stars. Unfortunately, the food quality did not exceed comparable establishments. For example, the egg drop soup was barely lukewarm, and watered down. The pepper-steak had little seasoning. The desserts were good, as any other restaurant.
