Chick-fil-a - St. Petersburg

Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? Unfortunately, my recent experience wasn't perfect. When I ordered soda, I requested a Coke but received a Diet Coke instead, which I dislike. I wasn't about to drive back just to exchange two drinks. It seems the recipe reads "2 Diet Cokes," but I definitely didn't mention needing a diet version when I ordered at the drive-thru. It's a small issue, and it’s not the end of the world, but I hope it doesn't happen a third time, as it has already occurred twice. We let the first mistake slide, but now I'm addressing the second one. I tried calling to report this, but all three options when I answered led me to leave a message.

I drove 10 minutes to pick up an Uber Eats order, but it wasn’t ready when I arrived, which is a pretty common issue. I inquired about it, and they told me it was on its way. After waiting for 15 minutes, I noticed the manager taking orders to tables without making any eye contact with me. I ended up waiting another 5 minutes before deciding to leave. This experience actually cost me money. I wouldn’t recommend delivering for them or any Chick-fil-A; they always seem to prioritize other customers before delivery orders.

My husband and I visited the Gulf Blvd. location a couple of weeks ago. We were served by an older gentleman named Jackson. During our short time there, he frequently checked on us and other customers, delivered food to cars, swept the floor, and wiped down the counters. Please make sure to hold onto this person; he’s a real asset. We will definitely return when we're in town. Thank you, Jackson!

Haven 't been to a Chic fil a in quite awhile. Clean store, friendly staff, helped with going through menu. We were doing takeout, staff made suggestions about menu, and once order was complete offered me their military discount (I am a Vet), it wasreally nice to be noticed. The chicken sandwiches were great, as were the waffle fries. The Frosty Lemonade was off the hook ,never had one of theirs and I found it to be exceptional, maybe not everyone will, but I really enjoyed it. Overall a greatexperience and good fast food. Update 11/02/22 Not as good today, it 's really on me though, they messed up the order but Ididn 't check until I got home and found I received two grilled sandwiches instead of grilled club sandwiches. I 'm missing havingthe cheese bacon.... bummer they put the wrong food in the bag, my error in not taking it out at the store to check. Once Igot home I was too lazy to drive back!

Stopped here on our way home from the dog beach in Pass-a-grille. The line was short, they took our order quickly, the fries were hot, the sandwich was hot and tasty, the peach shake was pretty good too. And they gave us extra sauces! Well be back tothis location for sure!
