Dunkin' - St. Petersburg

I was a regular customer and waited in line for 10 minutes. When I asked to add two donuts to my order, the unfriendly older woman at the window refused, even though I know it has been done in the past. I ended up leaving without making a purchase and won't be returning. I remember when the staff at Dunkin' were friendly. Service: Takeout Meal type: Other

The staff was friendly, the food was fresh, and the drive-thru service was quick. Overall, I would rate the food 5/5, the service 5/5, and the atmosphere 5/5.

They are very friendly and so fast. I love that when I leave, they say...see you tomorrow. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Usually this Dunkin is one of the best but seriously. This is just pure laziness
