Fresco's Waterfront Bistro

This restaurant is exceptional! We always make a point to stop here whenever we're in the area. The food, drinks, and atmosphere are all fantastic. I ordered a grilled chicken bowl (I can't recall the exact name), but it was delicious. My husband had the shrimp bowl, which was also excellent! Their mojitos and margaritas are superb too!

The food offered good value, since you can enjoy soup, a half salad, and an entrée for $20. My wife ordered the grouper sandwich, which was quite tasty and came in a decent portion. I opted for the steak entrée, which was just average. However, the lobster bisque was excellent. Unfortunately, the atmosphere outside was quite undesirable. The bay had an unpleasant smell, and we were plagued by flies buzzing around our plates while we tried to eat. At one point, a bird even snatched a piece of my wife's sandwich right out of her hand. Overall, it wasn't a relaxing experience.

I ordered the Yellowfin Salad… it was Spectacular with lots of flavor. My other half had the 3 item special… a good value… consisting of lobster bisque soup, salmon carbonara, and Caesar salad. Likewise, that was fantastic! The atmosphere was very casual right on the water. Everything was good. The server was a young girl who was OK as well. Nice atmosphere and great food… a winning combo. I would go again!

Great view. Great food. Great service. Have always liked anything we've ordered. It's a little pricey for lunch, but considering location and views, well worth it. They also have about 6 parking spots eight in front of the restaurant. Great spot for a cold beer after a bike ride downtown as well!
