Grand Hacienda Tyrone Mall

When our meals arrived, I had crispy tacos and my husband ordered flautas. Unfortunately, the rice and beans were ice cold, as if they had come straight from the can without being heated at all. We mentioned this to our waiter, who responded with a sarcastic comment about it being cold outside, as if that explained the situation. They did take the food back and returned it warm, but the chicken was unfortunately bland, tasting like boiled chicken with no seasoning. The rice and beans lacked any flavor at all. As for the crispy tacos, they were just okay, but the shells were cold. To top it all off, we spent over fifty dollars on this lunch.

The place was empty.. among other entrees, we ordered 1chicken and 1 steak fajitas.. we didn't get any flour tortillas.. none.. i also asked for extra tomatilla sauce.. nope didn't get that either. The server should have checked the order..

Love the vibe in the building. The decor is fun and colorful. Service was good. Food was..ok, a little pricey but worth the atmosphere. Enjoyed early dinner with a friend. Not too loud and plenty of room to relax and enjoy your meal.

Grand Hacienda was supposed to have a Day of the Dead Celebration 10/31 11/2 with music and fun. We walked in and nothing was going on and the waitress did not know what we were talking about. The flyer was posted in all the local papers and on the website and no celebration? Very confused.

I came in at 835 to have a meal and all the staff were cleaning around me. I asked what time they closed and they said 9, I felt like I was unwanted. You would have thought the place was closed. I can understand doing dishes but to be sweeping and playing on their phones is not acceptable. If they didn’t want any additional guest 25 minutes before they closed they should have locked the door.
