The fish lacks freshness and flavor, which was particularly disappointing with the salmon nigiri. The udon broth is overly sweet, and the edamame is overcooked. However, the seaweed salad was acceptable. On a positive note, the presentation is attractive and the staff are friendly. Overall, I found the food to be very disappointing and would not recommend this restaurant.

What a fantastic discovery! I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture. The Shaggy Dog roll was both creative and delicious. Everything we ordered was delightful! The only downside, which isn't too significant, was the sake; it had a strong yellow tint, suggesting it wasn’t fresh. Sake should typically be clear or white. However, since it was served hot, it was still acceptable. Overall, the ambiance was lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was tasty. I will definitely be returning!

I really enjoy Hooks; I usually order the bibimbap, which is delicious. However, today I tried the New Year's roll, and it was both spicy and tasty. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is fantastic. I highly recommend it—10/10!

Best sushi in town. Have been going here for years. It?s worth the wait. Also they are open for lunch and have a great take out system. Definitely check this place out !
