My family lost everything while Covid is currently living in our truck. The manager Deonte has fed us very well from the friendliness of his heart when we really needed a hot meal. Walmart would not help us grocery stores and several other fast food spots would not help us, but McDonalds Little Caesars did not hesitate to be a bit to an incredible ally in our time of need! Being homeless has definitely humiliated us and McDs impresses our homeless little socks!
The manager, Anna, is extremely rude, aggressive and unprofessional. When she presented constructive criticism of poor customer service, she became loud, argumentative and bellier. She wasn't dammed when I told her I called companies to report the regrettable customer service that was provided and said with horror you could call again. She showed this behavior before a younger manager, and other employees had to pull them out of the window to reduce the situation. It must be dismantled immediately if it is not legally terminated and it needs further training.
Very well managed and liked that the manager checked with her staff to ensure that the order was correct.
Always tastes good to me. Love the ch. burgers, ff, sweet tea and now some R offering 4/$4 I get the chocolate chip cookies too
