Rollbotto Sushi - St. Petersburg

We were not impressed with the sushi at this restaurant. The chicken was very dry, and the rice was too. The service was subpar, as our tray was simply left on the counter. We were relieved that this was not our full meal.

The service was excellent! They offer a wide variety of unique beers and sodas. It's like a chipotle, but for sushi. The prices are very affordable.

I have visited Rollbotto before and this time I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered a custom-made roll with salmon, cream cheese, avocado, and green onions. As I dipped the roll in soy sauce, I found the flavors to be a bit lacking compared to my previous experiences at the restaurant.

Extremely beautiful sushi place, great menu, the only one I know what allows them to make individualized rolling with exactly the ingredients we love, incredible! in addition, the lowest prices I know of! definitely try it!

Rollbotto was a great stop for lunch. building your own roll option was a hit with my children and the cook turned off for a clean board and utensils to take up my daughter allergies. eating was great and was quite expensive. great location near the pier with parking at the garage next door (you can validate for free parking). they also had vegan options available.
