Subway - St Robert

Trying to make an order online but they said there’s no more pick up hours available when is 8:50pm but store closes at 9:30pm

I have not been here in years due to the food and terrible service, good changes were made.

Beyond disappointed with the service my family an I got !! The petite red head that works there was constantly giving dirty looks an being very rude on how she was talking to us an other customers. she clearly didn't want to be there. She told a customer that was behind us to go somewhere else because they were having problems. I haven't even lived here for 3 months an that was the worst service I've ever gotten!!

This stores employee Lilian was unbelievably rude to my family when we came in. Our total was a little more than normal so I checked my receipt and when I asked about a charge she yelled and shouted curse words at me for asking a simple question. When I asked her to please be more polite to her customers she decided to curse at me and yell. This person should NOT be working at this establishment. If she done that to us, she has done it to others. I don’t know what happened to her that day but cursing at someone at your place of employment is beyond unacceptable and I feel we should not have to be talked to like!! Do better Subway! I have came in multiple times since this incident and have not been able to speak with the manager. We for sure won’t be back if this is how this stores business is conducted for sure. If your servers name is Lilian RUN! She may curse and yell at you too if you ask a question! We understand why the parking lot was a ghost town now….

Talk about Dylan and Kayla’s exaggerated review. I was in the store when that happened. You Kayla were extremely rude to a CHILD over a 1 dollar overcharge because she misheard her coworker. Maybe she wasn’t having a bad day just fed up with grown adults thinking they can mistreat people because they’re behind a counter working in the food industry. Next time maybe you should be more polite.
