A&W Restaurant - St. Thomas

This restaurant had the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered a meal and when I received the bill, I noticed they had added on extra charges for a drink that was already supposed to be included in the combo.

After experiencing some delays, including emails being sent to my junk folder and busy work schedules, my issue from a few months ago has finally been resolved.

Food is okay but too expensive for what you get. I did not like when A&W changed their menu when you could have onion rings instead of fries. Prices are high since they have started to advertise hormone free beef. I have not eaten at any A&W for several months and if you want a good burger go to Harveys or Harrys in ST Thomas

Never had a poor experience. Now with their new reduced chemical menu I have even more faith that I can grab a good quick meal while on the run.

Recently, we were fortunate enough to receive coupons for A&W restaurant. Intrigued, we decided to try their Breakfast menu and were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful experience. The food was served hot and cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. We will definitely be returning in the future.
