Feedback gevenDO NOT ORDER THROUGH SKIP. I placed an order for a large fancy Blizzard, a large cookie dough Blizzard, and a Skor Treatzza pizza. However, I ended up with two small standard Blizzards without any extras, and my Treatzza pizza was completely missing. I paid for everything, and it was really disappointing—especially since this used to be one of my childhood favorites.
I went to the restaurant with a gift card, but the staff told me that the machine was broken. Normally, the Interac system is supposed to accept gift cards without problems. It seems like the staff may not be properly trained or might be hesitant to address issues with their technology.
He was professional, friendly, and appeared completely unflustered. He treated the other staff member—who might have overlooked our order—with kindness and took responsibility for it. His manners were excellent, and he made sure to make eye contact with us. This Dairy Queen employee definitely deserves two thumbs up! And by the way, my Oreo brownie dessert was massive and absolutely delicious!
Every time we order our Blizzards and pay for extra toppings, they always forget to add them. I really don't understand why this keeps happening.
I visited Dairy Queen tonight with my husband, and we ordered two Blizzards. They flipped his right in front of him, but mine was not flipped at all. When they brought them out, mine was more like a liquid—I could have easily drunk it through a straw! This is definitely not the quality I expect when I come here.
